Specific study of the initial production process, the scope
and current potential, where we observe areas for improvement and the production objectives set by the factories. We then develop a project that proposes an optimized factory, featuring all the necessary elements to operate in an organized manner and following a work method that, as a whole, allows for the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives initially established.
